Something about some 'cats' getting at some pet 'mice' kept in a cage in a closet and progressively killing them. Me shooing first one cat away, then another who'd snuck up to try his luck, me getting increasingly annoyed at this development.

---

Walking in an urban setting. Was night I think. I might have wanted to stop by a shop that wasn't guaranteed to be open at that hour.

Going far enough to hear the sound of people coming from behind a hedge-fence, so about to go look, then seeing 'security people' patrolling by walking stolidly back and forth in front of some folks and deciding it was a drive-in movie theater and the walking people were making sure no one sneaked on without paying or caused any disruption during the film. Turning away.

---

Returning from a trip with 'classmates'. There being some confusion regarding whether everyone got back all right, and/or with their own luggage projects. Was a bit of a confusing mess. At one point I talked with a girl who I suddenly ID'd and feared as one of the 'class snob' types - like a Cordelia Chase type of student, yet she was cordial enough then. I peeked at someone's unclaimed trunk and kept asking around as to whom it belonged, and finally someone commented that the kid it belonged to might not have returned with the rest of us.

Ended up in an interior and again a cat figured - kept following me around while I was in certain rooms. There was someone else around, some adult..

Went over to the health center at the college where my new Library Assistant PT job is, for a TB test (required of all employees before they start). We'll see if that sucker reacts within 48 hours...better not, as I was immunized like everyone else w ay back when. Least I know how long it takes to get to work now by public transportation.

Stocked up on panty hose and knee highs. Can't get away with the casual-casual (beyond Friday casual) gear that used to be good enough for my former workplace where dealing with the public wasn't an issue. Never really had to have a proper work wardrobe before - who cares what you wear while in a lab?

But even my min. wage PT job doesn't let us wear denim...I guess my denim days are over... Not that much of a biggie, I spoze, except I really like the way denim-blue goes with certain colors like black for instance...but now it's a no-no. *sigh*
