Some interior interactions - seemed to be my current home, and talking to my Dad - except I seemed to be recommending fraud to him! Something to the effect of, "You should try fraud; it's great!"  He seemed to be a Grifter type, and I seemed to be encouraging further bad behavior!  Well weird.

Feeling pursued by Star War's Emperor, and worrying that my dad would end up killed as collateral damage. At one point a large, white tiger (?) was sent to identify me, then report back to the antagonist, and I knew it was time to leave the area (and my dad). I also walked around a bit, feeling vulnerable, thinking I was partly unclothed, but when no one reacted to me, realized I was dressed well enough (though in shorts, etc).

I ended up staying with some group of people who were (or seemed like) the Avengers - at least, one female there looked/acted like the Black Widow. I was watching her test something (a training course? The strength of a building?) with some giant robot type thing. I think I was expecting the Empire to show up and attack them, so maybe this was a fancy version of a 'Who would Win?' video - Empire vs Avengers.

Although the sense behind some of this may have been 'If true, ruthless (entitled) malice targeted you , how far would you have to go to feel/be safe from it?'

Was in some interior complex. My eldest brother indicated that this guy my dad worked for, (some kind of part-time job? Considering he's 89, quite a stretch) whom he considered to be an @shole (to him), was in a room nearby. I decided to go walk in and 'assertively', shall we say, introduce myself to him.  Possibly in a 'what's your problem, @sshole?' way. Not saying I was definitely going to confront him, but was going to go check him out, kind of see if he seemed to deserve such a confrontation.

But the guy, acting annoyed, kept claiming he wasn't my dad's boss, and seemed as if he wanted to just leave (or at least not be dealing with me).

Was in an interior, where someone I took to be actor Mark Hamill (the current more grizzled version) was (taking on the role of?) the chef. For two guests, a couple, he brought out...plain boiled hot dogs in buns. I don't now if he pretended it was difficult to make, but he kind of acted like it; as if it were laborious to painstakingly press the cooked hot dogs into that bun. (Yeah, I know no Symbolism *there*). He then presented it to the couple. Me, watching, found myself unable to not pipe up briefly with a comment that wasn't this a coincidence; I'd been trying or intending to do something similar with hotdogs and bread...

At that point a bunch of more people entered the restaurant, and the chef looked at them with this "Look at all these new people...what the hell do I do NOW??" mien. As if he wasn't really in the mood to deal with that much popularity/people.

* * *

Later, something with a guy who I took to be my Dad (or a Dad-analogue) and some animals following him around a bit. Seemed like chickens, maybe some others. One which could be wild, but were used to being fed, so maybe semi-tamed due to that. i tried to shoo some out and discovered their relative tameness.

Lots of road-tripping.  In one instance, drove somewhere, then got a ride back with someone else driving, in a different vehicle - and only recalled I'd left my own transport behind part way through the journey!  Felt awful about that; apologized to the driver, a female.

In another sequence, found myself in an interior which seemed to be telling a story - as if they space itself could play/replay events.  Effect was more like a play than a movie.  My 'Dad' appeared, and I wanted him to see there sequence, thought he'd find it interesting, so tried to convince him to go inside the room and watch. However, he was curiously 'passive' - as in, he went 'imp', and seemed to have trouble sitting/staying upright in a chair.  I was trying to haul him upright and getting frustrated, as I was worried the room would 'start' and he'd miss part of it.

in a third recalled sequence (unless it was a continuation of the first(??), seemed to get a ride with a couple of other people, myself again not driving.  Felt like 'young women'. We came to the place I grew up in, and I was directing the driver to back up a bit from where they'd stopped in our longish driveway; I think so it was easier to go right up to the back of the house...(?)

I asked my Dad earlier today in an e-mail to share what his favorite memory was from his time in the service (Korean War, stationed in Northern Japan, didn't see combat, did radio-related stuff), and he replied that it was, of course, getting to travel to and learn about Japan, and the things he saw there.

He brought back an appreciation for things Japanese that definitely influenced his subsequent artwork (he worked as an Art teacher before his retirement, and of course is an artist still).
