One of those POV-confusion (was I involved or just observing?) dreams. Some guys who were good friends were quite chuffed about a (Christmas?) ornament they'd had made, commemorating said friendship - a large, metal plaque type, with a name on each side. It was way too large for the usual size Christmas tree.
Probably related, though maybe a different 'scene', was a sense of hearing someone explain some of the custom/etiquette of gift-giving to another person. One person wanted to send Christmas gift, but perhaps not at the right time. Someone was trying to get across that it was normally supposed to be given on or before the day itself. (My family's custom; not a universal rule, mind. There was a falling -out in my family way in the past, due to late Christmas gifts, with it being assumed it had been a deliberate slight, which may be where this element came from.)
