Three visits a week to the fitness center where I work... Two via coming in a little early on days that I work a shift, the third on Monday.

No more lingering online evenings so late. Not cos I dislike chatting with youse guys..but because the later I stay up...invariably the more food I find I've consumed, when I stop to notice. Those are the extra calories that are killing me, diet-wise.

There's no reason for me to be this weight - I'm not tall. I should be much less than this; got to get moving once and for all to the next lowest 'setpoint'. And I will.. I SWEAR IT!!!
