Shouldn't've switched fish oil capsule brands...old one was flavored faintly with garlic, which really did offset the fish aftertaste.

Ugh.

OTOH, don't think the old brand specifically said it was distilled, so.... Fish aftertaste in the morning...? Or possible heavy metal build-up...? Decisions, decisions....

I always take my fish oil right before I go to bed. That way, it has time to work its way out of my upper digestive system before breakfast, and I avoid any aftertaste.

I take fish oil that says "enteric coated" which seems to mean that it doesn't break through to the fishy part until it's way past my stomach...so no fishy taste ever. Ya might try that.
