In spite of that, if I were to get sick, they'd want me to stay home and get well. I have a ton of sick leave saved up, and we have a 'catastrophic leave' policy, too.
Our country has a serious imbalance in the 'work-life' department. Perhaps this recession will serve to change things for the better.
