I'm hearing the clickity click of pine tree seeds on my patio, and in the parking lot at work, there will soon be the clickity sounds of willow oak acorns dropping on the pavement, and the crunch of them under my tires. I took a look at the trees, and they have a boatload of little acorns to feed the squirrels and inflict upon the pavement. When they roll up against the curb, we have to watch our step so we don't roll on them.
