Had a mess of eggs (3 scrambled) this morning (and that was all)...and for the first time in I don't know how long...didn't get hungry until lunchtime (noon). Was pretty amazing, actually. I usually get hungry again about 2-3 hours after eating a car by breakfast (or any kind of meal).
I'm going to try higher protein/lower carb eating more seriously now.
That means I'll have to truly ban the soda (and sugared iced tea) now, though...damnit.
Still'll, be worth it if I can finally lose weight, though.
