Pea soup and Quinoa. That's what I like to eat that doesn't take all friggin' day to cook. Typical of my current menu staples, which tend to be stews, things in sauces (eg., Indian food), mixed with grains - peasant food. It's not that it's cheap - it's that it's fairly quick. Yet filling. The fact that it's inexpensive, 'healthy' fare, and with meat used when I crave it (but as one componant, not the be-all and end-all) does add to the appeal.
Will brew some homemade tea a little later to be chilled.
Got to take care of myself properly again. Now to also resume my daily walks. And not stint on the sleep..
