Was in a used book shop; my college chum who lives down South was there also and wanted to get one particular paperback; it was one I was also looking for, though there was another one there I also wanted. As she was browsing elsewhere in the shop, I considered buying up both and just having my friend pay me for the one she'd wanted. Shop owner seemed male.
In an outdoor area; seemed some construction was going on; lots of that construction-related 'netting', as when buildings are wrapped. I snuck a round a bit underneath this activity, hoping not to be seen much by whoever was building. May have been a case of me assuming I'd get shooed away if I was noticed hanging around.
