I feel large and chunky, solid, too-heavy and bulgy in a way I don't recall feeling before. I do weigh more than I 'should' by any standard table...gained a few recently, I know...but not that much. I don't think. On the other hand, haven't been exercising regularly at all for some weeks.
So possibly this is more a perception change - but whatever it is, might be at long last the impetus to initiate genuine, sensible weight-loss.
