Good article. I feel like that often...like I should be hiding things and someone is going to step out from behind a curtain and tell me I'm a fraud.

Is just a 'bad thinking habit' you picked up inadvertantly!

I like the idea that althouhg it doesn't happen quickly, we can break those old unproductive thinking/emoting habits. I like that idea alot.
