So when the US doesn't suspend the Constitution and our country isn't irrevocably ruined, can I say 'I told you so'?

Yeah, our country is going through a rough patch, but I think historically speaking this kind of thing isn't unprecedented, and eventually the pendulum will swing in the other direction.

Yeah...it's just that period in between the beginning of the down-swing and when it comes up again that I'm a bit worried about...
