Last night whipped cream by hand (yeah, I know...ooer, missus) as opposed to electric beater for the first time. Was honestly afraid it'd turn to butter, the heavy cream was so rich. Then read up that if it's all chilled enough, shouldn't happen. And indeed...it turned out PERFECTLY!!!! Served it to guests along with homemade apple crisp.

Tommorrow on my extra day off I'm gonna make banana doughnuts.
