Hell, I'm going on the 'French' diet!
I.E.:
9 solid hours of sleep
Smaller food servings (about 277 g ave., another article said)
Walk everywhere I possibly can (weather permitting). In my case, walk to and from work...
...while still going to Curves 3 x per week.
I think that should cover it.

What you need to do is actually increase your calories a wee bit over a few days span, then suddenly cut back to that lower amount for a few days. By then, the body has compensated to expend more energy to process the increased level of calories it expects - except you just dropped back. So, the metabolism's temporarily up for a day or so, and thus you burn (and lose) a bit more.
If you're interested, I can provide further details later. (There are sites that detail it - people who do weight watchers claim it helps them when they plateau.)
P.S. I owe you a graduation congrats! (I wanted to send an e-card from home, but it kept crashing my computer.) I'll try later from here...

Yeah, I'd be thankful for any input on the weight thing. My hips are going to apply for their own zip code if this keeps going.
