Uh oh...

I forgot to mention how a couple of days ago, I finally gave into temptation and pried a small snail off the 'snail wall' during my daily walk.

I half-fancied it was dead (how I justified to myself disturbing it); it'd been glued to the wall in direct sunlight on an 80+ degree F day, and I figured it'd made the mistake of not moving and essentially'd baked inside its surprisingly light shell.

So I brought it home and ended up placing it on the soil next to my cactus plant.

I look over there this afternoon and it's gone - a few traces of dried snail slime the only sign it had ever been there. And no clear trail that will let me easily track it.

Oops! *giggles*

Halp - there's a snail loose in my apartment! ^_^^

and seldom eat people
