Hypoglyxemic dreams.  IE, whenever I slide back into hypoglycemia (take in beyond a certain amount of carbs), my dreams often become Dramatic, full of Anxiety, more Bizarre than usual.

Was with a couple of guys (friend/allies), in a vehicle, and our group had apparently had a falling-out with some other group (seemed more female).  One of them, Obsessed, started chasing us in a dump-truck-like vehicle.  We were in some other vehicle, and we had us this Mad-Max-like road chase, where we drove all over (I was not the driver, but kept watching our pursuer), but she was always just behind us, most of the time in our blind spot.  Finally, we went near an airport (and/or maybe there was a lot of snow, the access roads carved carefully out of the snow-pack, as happened this winter). There were also more people around.  We gained a little distance from her, tumbled out of the vehicle, and tried to hide enough to throw her off the scent entirely - perhaps tried to hide behind some snowbank or something...

The scene shifted to us being on the grounds of the house/yard I grew up in.  I went up this ladder to a loft in a barn (not there anymore in Real Life - was converted to a loft-less garage) to hide. The others, not sure, but they may have found shelter in the house.  In any case, I lay in the loft, trying not to make noise.  'Saw' her (or was aware that she was) rolling slowly and sneakily down this side area by the building (not big enough for this in Real Life) in her vehicle, which was festooned with green branches/pink flowers, as if attempting camoflage.  Someone from the house, not aware of what was going on (unaware of the context), came out and into the loft and started to talk to me, giving away the game - and my pursuer was suddenly there, too (either climbed up, or just appeared).  I was really dissapointed, the guy was clueless (and left again), and she was Smug and Gloaty (in a suble but happy 'I've finally cornered you' way). I gathered my courage and made a last dash for safety from her - dashed over to, slid down the loft ladder, nipped into the house, and barred the door, as, infuriated, she paced outside, circling the house.  As this dream ended, the house seemed proof against her.
