One of those 'Am I in this dream sequence as myself or as someone else?' dreams. I appeared to be a 'hero' (apparently a Hawkeye type - not him necessarily, but someone in the group due to a developed skill, not due to some inborn ability). Not clear if I was me (female) or a guy, as I seemed to keep putting my foot in my mouth regarding a fellow female team member, who was well-endowed, shall we say. Near the end of the sequence, during a group meeting, she started to obliquely remind/threaten us all (read: me) about how strong she really was - something to the effect that she could savagely beat anyone due to her strength - she may have been from the UAE (not clear) - she certainly wasn't dressed in the fashion one would expect were she actually from there, though. I, getting her meaning, quickly interrupted to apologize, claiming I really hadn't meant to insult her by obviously being fascinated by her chest, and I sincerely apologized to all, I really wouldn't do it again, and could we just start fresh and move on? My apology was accepted (with accompanying nonverbal amusement from her/others) and we did move on, but post-meeting I was shaking my head at my dunderheadedness - in a 'WTF is my problem, I should have known better!' kind of way. (I'd apparently first made verbal comments, then despite stopping those, had still made it clear I was a bit fixated on that part of her, hence her starting to lay the law down).
Still being that character (I think), I was sitting on a stairway afterwards, and noticed an ad (sort of a sticker ad slapped on a wall, I think) that seemed to be from some corporation selling vitamins. I paid more attention to the ad copy and realized they were esentially saying if you used their product, you'd avoid this reaction that occured due to the sun - but the reaction they were implying that you should want to avoid was the natural one in which sunlight falls on our skin and forms natural vitamin D! In other words, distrust the described process simply because they referred to it without being completely honest about what it actually meant - so they weren't outright 'lying', just kind of 'inferring' - then go and buy their artificial form of vitamin D instead of making your own for free!
And I understood that the only way such an ad would be proposed and work is that the general population was now so ignorant of how their bodies worked that they'd be put off making their own vitamin D due to naively trusting corporate products and advertising.
No EE meditation
No biphasic sleep
Out of keto - woke with low blood sugar.
