God, I am sugared up tonight.

A lovely dim-sum brunch with Neil n' Beckie (bit of a New Year's Day tradition the past coupla years) inspired me to think:

I'd love to take a few hobbits - or at least, say, Merry and Pippin - out to dim-sum! I can just see it now:

MERRY: You mean...they bring all this food around in carts and we get to choose what we want? Anything?

ME: NODS

PIPPIN: As much as we want?

ME: NODS AGAIN, A BIT MORE UNCERTAINLY

PIPPIN: Right...when are we going, then?

MERRY simply gets that manic 'ALL RIGHT!' expression on his face.
