Irritating.

Seeing jobs listed at a municiple organization's website, then being told, upon arriving in person to drop off a resume, that there's a 'hiring freeze' that will last for an unspecified period of time.

Thanks for not putting that crucial bit of information on the site next to all the interesting job listings, so that I would get all excited about the possibilities and RUN DOWN THERE VERY THE NEXT DAY FOR NO REAL REASON.

Yeah, they took my resume, but that's not the point.

THEY SHOULDN'T LIST JOBS IF THEY'RE NOT CURRENTLY HIRING.
