It's actually rather sad, how much a J.Jill junkie I've been this Fall. Well, least I found a relatively cheap way to support my habit. And I've almost got it out of my system now.

Oooo. Pretty. I love J. Jill as well. However, I was chagrined to see a comment by someone in one of the knitting communities to the effect that J. Jill stuff was so bland that even her mother thought it was too unhip.

I still cherish my J. Jill love, even if I can't indulge it as often as I'd like.

*snort* They want 'hip', they can go be a fashion victim like so many sad people do.

For me, it's about some simple but nice pieces that can be used for quite some time. Years, even. And occasionally, that touch of 'hippy-chic'.

The fact that they design their clothing line keeping in mind that not all women are 18-year-old anorectic twigs is an added bonus. *smirk*
