Bit of this, bit of that. Driving around a bit, backing and reversing a large (vannish size) vehicle so that I'd get going in the right direction. My dad was about at one point - listening to jazz. A brief conversation. Vague sense of people being about going to various events, perhaps at some conference or 'parent's day/weekend' event.
