Was at some event in an interior, and discovered that two women there were actually TS. Was as if they'd had a row, and temporarily shed their clothing (not underwear per se), but enough to display that although they were 'passing' successfully, they hadn't yet had the reassignment surgery, still looked 'male' underneath the clothing. I tried to show off my knowledge and sympathy by noting that they'd obviously started taking their hormones early enough (that renders the body more feminine). The person I was focusing on had a particular 'look'; to her that I have trouble putting into words now. Bit of a 'flat' look to the face. IE, a bit wide, features (like nose) a bit less prominent. I keep thinking, a bit of an asian, even eskimo 'cast', though she was blonde. Her partner, who came across as the slightly more guy-like of the two, seemed blonde also.

Lying down to rest (may have been 'outside') with a couple of other people (may have been guys, but felt 'safe', platonic friends style) curling up next to me for a bit. A blanket to pull up. Possibly some attempt at some sort of protective circle was involved, though it seemed to consist at least partly of physical (and unrelated) objects. One may have been a book that I recall nudging into place right near me. Whole set-up may have been to make me feel more secure.

Weird thing is, at a meeting for a local sci-fi viewing society, one new member whom I saw was pretty obviously a male -->female TS (ok, I'm not 100% sure, as I didn't get nosey and start asking personal questions, but also another member recalled seeing this person some months before, before she'd started shifting more to female). So I shrugged inwardly. 'Another TS person', I figured. We're in a big college town; it's one place a TS can shift maybe a tad more easily than some. The cognitive dissodence was there, sure (I initially 'ID'd' her as 'very gay male')...but not a big deal, otherwise.
And the name she was using was...'Ria'.
