...Using the microfilm reader to get an article I needed for the 10-pager due for my Management class next week. Was user-intuitive enough, plus good instructions, that I didn't need any assistance. I also found the microfilm myself, despite a false start as it wasn't filed quite where one would expect it (due to a journal name change).

Isn't that special? Yes it is!
