What I accomplished this week, as 'petty' as it on one level may be.... I value more than every single thing I supposedly 'accomplished' during an intensive spiritual exploration I engaged in during the '00 - '01 period.
Fancy that.
It is worth more to me, and is a truer demonstration of 'courage' than I've shown since (in early '00) I broke off a relationship with someone who'd begun demonstrating an ability to be verbally/emotionally abusive.
I still value spiritual exploration of the less mainstream sort. It has its utility, and its place.
But you know what? If you don't see positive effects in your mundane life while engaging in said exploration...
It don't mean jack sh*t.
