...consisted of stopping by the place and talking briefly with the manager. The guy from the other day wasn't there. I explained what had happened without coming out and insisting anyone had stolen my $20. Because..until that drawer is counted...I can't be 100% sure he didn't actually mistake a $20 for a $1 and toss it in the $1 slot.
The manager said he'd been too busy to count last night's drawer yet, but to check back there tomorrow after 7 pm, when he'd have done so.
