Hunh...an unusual 'The Doctor (11th) was in it' dream. There was some kind of big battel and related Drama and at one point I appear to have given him one of those big 'Oh, poor Doctor, all those people leave you/you leave behind and you find it all very Angsty but it's gunna be ok' hugs.
Puir wee bairn...
Then, upon awakening, I mused briefly about how 'tis anthropomorphizing in the extreme for fans to assume that the Doctor would be having the same objective emotional experience as humans when it comes to his apparent feelings of 'loss' regarding companions. Or, rather, to assume that such 'emotions' would be as averse an experience to him as we sometimes find our 'negative' emotions to be. For example, he could merely be frustrated regarding the quick rate of changeover.... ;>
