Cooked tonight. Polenta and ground buffalo in tomato sauce. Steamed the last of the fresh asparagus my folks brought a week ago.

Yup. Buffalo.

Supposedly tastes like beef used to, before it had the flavor bred out of it.

All I know for sure is that it tastes great.
