Christmas Day Report

Christmas was a change this year from the traditional gathering at my folks' house; we converged on the residence of my brother Tim & Sister-in-law Ana & niecelet Maddie. Who, naturally, being only a bit over 1, wandered about in a happy but eventually exhausted daze, waving discarded wrapping bows at everyone. Heh. (Next year, when she fully understands that 'Things! Shiny new toys for me are imminent!', should be interesting...)

Food gifts were abundant; everyone seemed to have the same general idea, though some useful items were also in evidence. But, you know? I think I like this new food basket trend. Great snacks for weeks to come - when you need them most!

Doctor Who special was fun, too.
