*nibbles homemade pizza* (Got the dough from Bertucci's. Used my new terracotta flower pot saucer 'pizza stone'.)

What do you do with the pizza stone? Put the pizza on it in the oven?

Yeah, 'cept you leave the stone in, crank the oven up to the highest it can go, and slide the pizza onto the wicked hot stone. I don't have a wooden peel, so some of the dough flopped under one time when I shifted it on (mine is like a shallow pie plate; ideally should be flat). Most people not wanting to spring for a fancy schmancy gourmet 'pizza stone' just get quarry tiles.

Used my toaster oven - regular oven isn't working right now - at about 470 farenheit, made mini 8-9 " pizzas.

Cooked in like 5 minutes.
