Despite my dour insinuations (and in chat, outright rants) of Doom & Gloom the past couple of days, finally got me equanimity back. (That, or it's the hypomania from this morning's lovely coffee, but hey, whatever works...

Seriously, though, folks...
Even though I do believe that subversive, anti-democratic elements now ensconced within our current administration are going to try to dump some seriously nasty sh*t down on us all in the not-too-distant future....
...doesn't mean we have to just roll over and take it.

Don't get me wrong; I remain, over-all, pretty darned Cynical... (Or is that 'realistic'?)
Still, due to this influx of fresh optimism, I hearby christian myself 'The Merry Warrior'.
