It's cookin' season again!!!

Time to enjoy homemade stews, legume soups, casseroles, fruit crisps, cookies...so much easier to cook in cool as opposed to hot weather.

I need to buy more margarine so I can BAKE. There's a pound of butter in the fridge, but that stuff is worth its weight in gold, so I use it only for foods where I'll be able to taste the difference. Margarine is fine for pastie crusts.
