Ain't the most high-energy day I've ever had (am on the rag as of this a.m., prob. a tad anemic - and yeah, might possibly explain my Crankiness of earlier in the week), but hey, it's Summertime...and you know what? The Living is Easy. It's warm, the puffy clouds of Summer're passing o'erhead, the fan's whispering softly, the cat's sprawled indolently on the porch, I've got WUMB folk radio (webcast) going here on the 'puter,and 'tis the time of the year to sample stuff like fruit salad, iced tea and lemonade, and the grasshopper and mud pie ice cream at the new (2nd one, oh, dear) ice cream shop in the neighborhood.

Also, am doing laundry, posting a bit of homework to Web-CT, and occasionally peeking at LJ while nibbling peanut butter (source of iron...???) & crackers. Ahh, that gorgeous, desultory multi-tasking on a lazy summer afternoon...

Perhaps later, we'll have a little thunder-boomer....
