Woke up feeling rather more rested and optimistic than I have for some days. I dreamed...yet wasn't exhausted by it. And the dream images...much less stressful. Relaxing, even.

Which my realization of yesterday about which I posted here has nothing to do with..oh no...

Pinning things down helps a lot. Don't know if you've looked into having a therapist, but I'm finding it to be very valuable. If you work for a university it might even be covered (at least that's the way it works up here sometimes).
