Found myself in a classroom; it was obvious an assignment was due; I hadn't done it.  I made a few notes on a notebook page, but realized there was no way I could pretend I'd done it; would have to 'fess up. One of two instructors walked around, alongside the rows of desk, collecting said assignment.  When she got to me, I asked if I could turn it in later for partial credit.  She shook her head, but in a "Turn it in later, you won't loose credit" way. (Gotta Love that non-verbal communication, heehee.)  One student had this long item (like a beam, almost) that seemed to be wrapped up (in colorful paper?) and leaning on a couple of desks to keep it off the floor.

Was outside, near the historic Ryder Taven in my howm town.  I noticed that the Historical Society (who else could it have been?) was obviously doing some kind of Weird renovation or change to the building - I could see a now exposed tall stairway as if the building had been collapsed or removed from around it.  I decided they wanted to show more of the structure but just on one side; one sie would be left intact, the other exposed....
