Went to bed early, and, I believe, primed for hypoglycemia overnight (huge, carby supper).

So, it's no suprise to me that among the many dreams scenes I had, one was a paranoic anxiety/nightmarish dream.

Dreamed I suddenly found myself walking outside in a rural, as in not large or suburban (possibly seaside)  town, possibly European or Canadian, where suddenly missles and rockets were flying crazily about - but more as if they were erupting up out of hidden places. This occured for a brief time, but everyone was of course riled up and upset.  I thought to go inside one of the buildings, even ran into another woman who was about to hide there as well, but then got the impression that it 'wouldn't be enough', that to really be safe, one would have to get out of town and not be found there... that something bad was coming.

At this point, I may have shifted identity a bit, suddenly seemed responsible for a grade school child, as if I were a mother. I urged her along with me, but allowed her to briefly go say 'goodbye' to her best friend, but telling her to hurry, as we had to go quickly.  I think I let her as it was probably the last time she'd ever see her, and I didn't want to unduly frighten her regarding why we were leaving so quickly. My plan was to leave the town/village and head into the countryside, as I had become aware somehow that the government had sent people on motorcycles to ride into the town and massacre the entire town - anyone who was there who had seen the missles going off - as if they'd seen something they shouldn't have and had to be eliminated. It was as if no one had known they were 'cover' for a secret missle base which had, unfortunately for us, malfunctioned briefly, and now we were all expendable. I think it was one of those situations where there literally was no time to try to convince others of the peril; it was a 'save yourself' situation - run now or die.

As this sequence's recall ended, the first riders were rolling into town along the high street, glancing about a bit as if taking one pass through to note how many people were about that they had to deal with before starting their work. Might have been as few as 5 operatives - but still enough to eliminate everyone. I don't think I had been seen, as I was still waiting for my 'daughter' to emerge from her friend's house, and felt we could still get away, as we were now on the edge of town.

Was travelling, but lost track of time while at one airport waiting for a connection - seemed to have missed my 2nd flight back to the east coast. Might have flown to a Minnesota airport, then to somewhere in Canada, was the impression I got. Bizarrely, was suddenly talking about my situation to a couple of people who felt 'brotherly' - which would indicate I was actually home (?) In any case, was saying how I now had to contact the airline and figure out my options, let people know I'd be later than expected, etc.

Bits and bobs of being out and about like a traveller/tourist, possibly connected to the prior travel imagery.  Stopping into a shop/restaurant (as if a typical tourist tour stop), and poking about. Saw some chocolates in various molded, larger shapes, but decided they were too expensive to get (thought they were Godiva brand).

In another 'shopping' sequence, findng myself in what I took to be an 'art supply store'... very rambling, and not really neat as if a fully functioning store, now that I think of it. In some areas, lights weren't on, and in one spot there was a barrier/gate of sorts, as if the public weren't supposed to go past there. In a bit, two women came through, and the lights seemed to then go on. I decided they'd just been slow to get every corner of the store open; it must be shortly after 10 am, I surmised. I found myself trying to get some stuff that I told someone would 'absoarb' water, I think when doing watercolors, except the material seemed to a loose material, almost 'ike dry paper mache' mix.
