In an urban setting. Standing outside a restaurant, I put in a to-go order (by computer?), but somehow bolluxed it up - it came out as being something made with insects. Upon going in and realizing that, I quickly became upset as I discovered that they'd rejected the order out of hand when it didn't make sense. Waiting in line to re-order, I continued to become more frustrated and upset (I think I was hungry) as the person in front of me took their sweeeeet time with their order. Upon noticing this, that person expressed some disbelief at my whiney attitude (in a mostly polite but eye-rolling sort of way); kind of told me off over it in a "Calm the @#$% down; it's not the end of the world' kind of way. As I became embarrassed over my mini-melt-down, the person then casually shared that their Grandmother had died that day as they walked away, whereupon, completely abashed, I murmured 'I'm sorry...' or something similar.
