My two brothers and a friend of theirs were participating in an episode of "Jackass" (except it wasn't actually that one). It was a challenge show where participants had to do something and the host and camera crew would drive up and judge their effort. I was nearby but hadn't helped them, and so wandered off as I didn't want to be involved in any way with the actual judging. Turned out it was something involving a robot. They 'won', even though the robot didn't actually work long-term - but it worked long enough for the demo, which was what counted. The host/crew had already sped off to the next stop by the time I wandered back out again.
Did we let ourselves be 'imprisoned' because then we didn't have to take full responsibility for our Reality?
Did we really think we couldn't handle it...?
