Changed my own watch battery! (After going without a watch for a couple of weeks.)

Again, one of those things where I worked out how to do something myself (here, with the help of Google & WikiHow to figure out how to get the back cover off), and now I'll never have to be at the mercy of the retail establishments for this particular service, ever again!!
