My phone's 'help text' activation won't turn off. Even after I TOLD IT TO TURN OFF. MULTIPLE TIMES. (I checked the manual; I had disengaged it correctly. Yet, it's still on).
When 'on' is selected, it's on. And horray; when it's switched to 'off', it's also on! Such fun, how this renders my phone for all practical purpose USELESS for text-messaging right now.
