Was hanging around with some astronaut types - I seemed to be one of them, albeit new to the biz - may have been on a moon. As one sometimes does with these things, I just 'knew' this was an 'Aliens' scenario (the one with the vicious Geiger type aliens and the facehuggers - saw a picture in a paper the other day, may have been a screenshot from one of the alien movies). We were preparing to go out onto the surface in suits, and I was practically asking them how bad the aliens situation was, figuring they knew but were keeping that bit mum from me (the newbie).
Scene shifted to an outdoor daytime scene, possibly on a diff. planet than Earth. People were relaxing outside, when one old dude who (I once again just 'knew' had a larva in his abdomen) started to get the thing bursting out of him. I was of course, horrified as he died nastily, plus there was a young child sitting next to the old man, so I figured the facehugger'd get him, too, when it finally broke out.
Except, when the chest was open (the thing hadn't yet climbed out of the hole) the little boy suddenly pounced on the (now dead) old man, and plunged his hands inside the opening, and viciously attacked and killed that which was inside, before it could emerge and run amuck.
