Got lucky...again. Exp't I set up yesterday will be okay despite what I did. I no longer feel quite as if I'm teetering on the edge of Incompetency; stood down from Red Alert.
Took 50 mg of GABA last night. Is it my imagination (placebo effect)... or do I feel less harried today? Because I do (but that may just be the Relief that I didn't screw up the exp't).
