A couple of recent complimentary reviews on my LotR fic in progress over at ffnet - nice, but truth tell, disturbingly OTT.
That's not false modesty - I know the enthusiasm's because the vast majority of the stuff there is such utter dreck that people go ga-ga over any decently coherent story.
Sad, but there it is.
