Various stuff. I was driven somewhere in a car, but the 'trusted driver' looked to me like a former (liked) co-worker rather than a family member. Interesting change from the usual. Seemed as if we started off after saying farewell in a parking lot to at least one other car with a family in it (seemed to me to be family friends including young children), and went on our way. Country or suburban driving; I seemed a bit concerned that we were going the right way/weren't getting lost. But definitely more a 'Do you know where you're going?!' as opposed to 'Do I trust you personally?' feel. (Back-seat driver tendancies. Heh.)
Sometime during the dreamage, I saw an 'illustration' or scene, in which several comic book characters (marvel mutants) were seen being far away, in bed, asleep or in one case reading...yet at the same time, fully involved in some adventure (perhaps one I was in?) elsewhere. Impression I got was (yes), reality ain't just what it seems. Not that I ain't read something similar to that concept recently... and might be just regurgitating it. Still, interesting, if it'll turn out to have been some sort of 'confirmation' of that.
My recall ends up with me seeing a advert for a new Doctor Who (McGann) adventure, some straight to video/DVD thing. I saw and watched but mostly heard (as there seemed no scenes to be seen) a few moments of a teaser from the new adventure. I forget the title, but the excerpt was of him in full McGann Angst mode (very urgent-sounding, caught at some especially dramatic moment). Being obviously still the sad fan-gurl that I am, I was all happy about this as it still came across as being a vid, not just audio.
