Some Doctor Who style adventure - cybermen villains in a house. Seemed to be 7th Doctor and Ace. After a while, I got annoyed, as we seemed to be going around endlessly; I was waiting for the formula to be fulfilled, for at least one last cyberman to pop out and menace us. And it kept not happening, even though I knew a couple had hidden in this area, and I got Annoyed at how long this was dragging out. It's like waiting for someone to jump out and go 'boo'; you're still going to jump, so you want to get it over with. As long as you wait, it's nerve-wracking.

At one point in order to escape I thought a few of our party went to a lower roof area and jumped off, someone who seemed Daddish more than Doctorish leading the way. It all seemed very silly and somewhat dangerous, and I declined to participate.

The last thing I recalled was seeing some of or hearing of another Doctor Who 'New Adventure', one where Ace was transported somewhere accidentally in a sort of travel capsule, and had amnesia when she arrived at what may have been a school. May have been a Prince and the Pauper type of sich, with her mistaken for somone else who was under threat due to local politics.

Was just in the proverbial nick of time hired for a PT library assistant gig but enough hours to get benefits. Can now remain where I am without having to move home to the parents, etc. My way is also open to go get an MLS degree. Still going to have to be very frugal for the foreseeable future.
