All they had at the co-op was the hot Patak's curry paste, so I shrugged and got it, thinking, 'How hot can it be?'
Pretty darn hot, as it turns out. ^_^
Still, I made me an excellent curried beef (with sweet potato, broccoli & mushrooms). And infinitely edible despite the more-than-usual spice level (me being a relative 'spice wimp').
