Not having formerly been the type to pay much attention to the Academy Awards, for a change I went to an Oscars party and hung out with a few people, had small tasty nibbles and heckled the tv and guffawed at the amusing moments...of which there were surprisingly many. Appears I got lucky, picking this year to watch...
Host Martin, and Moore's little tirade...and O'Toole, and Chicago (almost) sweeping, and Eminem's song win, and Polansky's directorship win, and Brody's little dip there with Berry, and both Douglases revealing the Best Picture winner, and.............
I suspect it's been a while since so many of the presenters gave those little whoops and yelps of surprise upon seeing what was in the envelopes.....^_^
