Literally. *heehee* She was at HSPH's cafeteria today, helping make up one of her salad recipes that they were featuring. Needless to say, was YUMMY.

What kind of salad was it?

I have a Molly Katzen salad that I've been using forever. Baby spinach with Mandarin orange sections and walnut pieces, in a dressing of plain yogurt and honey.

It always gets raves.

This one was spinach/greens, with a zesty vinagrette. Had tomatoes (and rather good ones, too), feta, red onions, white beans, and, a tad (to me) bizarrely, soft bread cube (untoasted) croutons.
