If housing, as some claim, is one of the basic human rights, one of the hallmarks of a humane society, then HOW DARE some rental property owners neglect their responsibilities? How DARE they procrastinate on repairs and upkeep, either never do them, or only grudgingly after much nagging, sometimes waiting until lawsuits or governmental over-sight finally force them to do the right thing? How DARE they collect money for rickety, malfunctioning, pest-infested hellholes? Time to GROW THE FUCK UP, PEOPLE! If you BUY A PROPERTY, TAKE CARE OF IT LIKE A G*DDAMNED ADULT!! No rationalizations, no excuses, JUST DO IT!
