I can't think of anything that'd fuck up Bush's war effort more.

It'll certainly never pass. It won't gain congressional support. A few congressman have suggested it before, and it simply won't work.

The most recent registration proposal I saw was for people ages 18-34. My first thought was, thank goodness Matt's now too old for that. And then I remembered I wasn't.
